Internship Overview:
This is an opportunity for students to refine their tactical skills in public relations while learning directly from award-winning practitioners.
Because we are a small agency, every team member’s work is important. Our interns receive the opportunity to produce real results on behalf of our clients. Because of the importance of this role, we are seeking candidates who are proactive, inquisitive and capable of working independently in a virtual setting (with a supervisor only a phone call away!)
Internship duties:
· Responsible for content planning and social media management
· Media relations
· Brainstorming with the team
· Research- conducting media audits and competitive audits for specific projects
· Development of one thought leadership article
Desired Skills:
We’re looking for a candidate who is a public relations or strategic communications major. Strong writing skills are a must. Experience in Mailchimp, or similar mail programs, Canva and Google docs is preferred.
