ALLISON A.B. SCHROEDER, APR

Allison is the founder and lead strategist of Pomme Communications. Through her work, she's on a mission to facilitate meaningful connections between organizations and their key audiences. 

Her award-winning portfolio includes work on both the client and agency side. Highlights of which include: authoring a book, working on the pilot season of an Emmy-nominated prime time television show and media placements in a number of high-profile national media outlets. 

Allison's passion for strategic planning is apparent in all she touches, and as an active member of the Public Relations Society of America, she hopes to instill that same enthusiasm in others.

Lexi McCoy

Lexi is the PR Manager with Pomme Communications and finding creative public relations solutions is her specialty.

A proud graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Lexi brings an enthusiasm for public relations strategy and campaign development to every project.

Driven by helping people build meaningful connections with the right audience, she takes pride in providing clients with the opportunity to share their voices in a way that they feel fully represents their brand. Through her work at Pomme, Lexi has managed media relations, special events and creative activations big and small.

When she’s not working in the world of PR, she enjoys hanging out with her puppies, rock climbing, and wine tasting all over the city!

Lexi was named Cincinnati PRSA’s 2022 New Professional of the Year!

Holly Kirkpatrick

Holly is the event leader at Pomme Communications. She brings the team a broad experience in communications, content creation and event management. With a passion for storytelling, she strives to build meaningful connections through creative, engaging content and events for clients.

Holly has proven success in planning and executing communication strategies with an innovative approach to social media integration. With a focus on engagement and targeting specific audiences across platforms, she's introduced new strategies to increase organizational awareness and to promote events. Holly is passionate about organizing and managing successful events with a foundation built upon relationships.

Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors hiking and camping with her family, getting lost in good books, traveling and running with friends.


Lacey Roberts

Lacey Roberts serves as Pomme’s go-to media training consultant and is a commanding presence both in front of the lens and behind the scenes. A Cincinnati native, Lacey's academic foundation in Broadcast Journalism and Marketing was laid at Northern Kentucky University, further enriched by advanced studies at Ohio Media School. Her early career was marked by a draw to radio, where she hosted two shows. This experience paved the way for a transition to visual media, beginning with a role as a camera operator at FOX 19 NOW. Lacey's talent and determination quickly propelled her to a news anchor and reporter position in Hazard, Kentucky, in 2019.

 When the world faced unprecedented times, Lacey returned to her roots in Cincinnati, taking on the role of Communication Specialist for City Hall. There, she produced and hosted the television series 'In FocUS,' earning her the 'Best TV Personality' accolade at the 2022 Appalachian Arts and Entertainment Awards. Her journey through the media landscape continued as she reported for a local station, eventually rising to the coveted position of weekday Morning Anchor.
